360 Real Life Spiel is a mission-driven community organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth and justice-involved individuals through mentorship, violence intervention, and community outreach. Founded by someone with lived experience—from the juvenile system through federal incarceration and gang involvement—our organization is built on genuine understanding and authentic transformation. Our founder’s journey from survival in the streets to redemption reflects our core mission: to serve and protect our communities by offering hope, mentorship, and pathways to meaningful change.
